4. Cancellation and Refunds
If the Client needs to cancel the service, a written notice must be provided at least 48 hours before the scheduled move. Cancellations made within 24-48 hours may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service.
5. Responsibilities
Belsize Park Man with Van is responsible for:
- Providing a reliable and timely moving service.
- Ensuring the safety and security of the Client’s belongings during transit.
- Using appropriate packing materials to protect items.
The Client is responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about the items to be moved.
- Ensuring all items are properly packed and labeled, if not using our packing services.
- Securing any necessary permits or access permissions required for the move.
6. Liability
Belsize Park Man with Van is not liable for any damages or loss of property occurring due to factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, accidents, or other unforeseen events. In cases where damage is attributable to our negligence, we commit to compensating the Client up to the value agreed upon in the service contract.
7. Insurance
We offer optional insurance coverage for added protection of your belongings. It is recommended that Clients opt for insurance to safeguard against potential losses or damages during the move.
8. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. All personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Belsize Park Man with Van reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or through our official communication channels.
10. Governing Law
